01Overview

This policy explains what information Stratishield AI collects when you visit this website or get in touch, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to answer your enquiry and run our business.

Stratishield AI is the controller of the information described here. If you have a question about anything in this policy, contact us using the details at the end.

02Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your first and last name, work email address, and your message. You may also optionally provide your company name, the service you are interested in, and a rough timeline. We attach the address of the page the form was submitted from so we can tell where an enquiry came from.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser and device type, and the date and time of requests. We use these for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the site reliable.

What we do not collect. This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and it does not load third-party trackers or social-media pixels. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not buy personal information about you from data brokers.

03How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • respond to your enquiry and schedule a conversation
  • scope, deliver, and support the work you engage us for
  • keep records of our communications and business relationship
  • protect the website and our systems against abuse and fraud
  • meet our legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

05Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only so they can perform work for us. These currently include:

  • our website hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps server logs
  • the email service that delivers your contact-form submission to our inbox

These providers process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our clients, our people, or the public. If our business is ever involved in a merger or acquisition, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

In line with our client agreement, client data is never sold, never shared beyond these purposes, and never used to train AI models without express written consent.

06How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and correspondence data for as long as we need it to respond to you and, where relevant, to maintain a record of our dealings and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or securely archive it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.

07How we protect it

We follow industry-standard security practices: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access follows least-privilege principles, and credentials and API keys are held server-side and never exposed in the browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly if an incident occurs.

08Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect processing already carried out.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@stratishield.ai. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If you believe we have not handled your information properly, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

09Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising, and we do not set tracking cookies. Your browser may store small amounts of data needed for the site to function, but this is not used to identify or profile you. Because we do not track you, the site does not show a cookie-consent banner.

10International transfers

Stratishield AI operates from the United States, and the providers we use may process data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed there. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

11Children

This website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of the page. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
